📦 Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours.

🚚 Delivery time is generally 2–5 business days, depending on location.

📍 Local store pickup is available (subject to confirmation).

📲 Tracking details will be shared once the product is dispatched.

At Pro Dealers, customer satisfaction is our priority. Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the conditions mentioned below:

• Product must be unused, undamaged and in original condition.
• Original box, accessories and bill/invoice are mandatory.
• Return or exchange request must be made within 24 hours of purchase (unless stated otherwise).
• IMEI number must match our sales records.

• Used or activated mobile phones.
• Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse.
• Accessories such as chargers, earphones, cables, covers, or screen guards.
• Refurbished or pre-owned phones (unless covered under warranty terms).

Exchanges are allowed subject to product availability. Any price difference must be paid by the customer at the time of exchange.

If applicable, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Cash / UPI refunds are subject to verification and approval. Refund processing time may vary.

Any manufacturing defect or technical issue after purchase will be handled under brand warranty or store warranty (if applicable), and not as a return.
